Why is The Society invitation-only?

A small circle is the only way to honor an exceptional standard. Memberships are extended to a limited founding class so that every member receives the level of personal attention the program promises. If you'd like to be considered, please request your invitation below.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Members may upgrade at any time, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your membership is yours, on your terms.

What if a month goes by without an occasion?

Your monthly arrangement still arrives — it's part of the promise. Many members have us deliver to themselves, their home, or their office on those months.

Where do you deliver?

Same-day and next-day delivery throughout greater Los Angeles. Nationwide and international delivery is coordinated through your concierge for Patron and Connoisseur members.

Can I cancel my membership?

Of course. Memberships may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment for monthly memberships and 14 days for annual, provided no benefits have been used.

What is the Connoisseur tier?

Connoisseur is The Society's most personal tier — a bespoke floral partnership with a named personal florist, white-glove delivery, and proactive occasion outreach. Because each Connoisseur relationship is built around the member and limited in number, enrollment is by application only. Request details above and we will respond within 48 hours.

Is there a corporate or partnership program?

Yes. The Society also offers a separate partnership program for complementary luxury brands. Inquire here and a member of our team will be in touch.
